Step by Step Instructions

Get your blender ready. You can use a regular blender or a handheld immersion blender for this recipe.

Place the orange juice, frozen peaches and greek yogurt into the blender.

Blend Until Smooth: Put the lid on the blender and start blending. Begin at a low speed and gradually increase it to high. Blend until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are well combined. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Pause the blender and taste your smoothie. If you’d like it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup and blend again. Adjust the sweetness and thickness to your liking.
