Ingredients
- 250 gms paneer or cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder or aamchur
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 8 – 10 papads
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- oil for frying

- Serve it immediately after deep frying or else it will get soggy.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Take a bowl and add crumbled paneer. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, dry mango powder (aamchur), salt as per taste and mix it well.
Step 2
Now add breadcrumbs made from 2 slices of bread or 1/2 cup readymade breadcrumbs. Mix well
Step 3
Make small golf size round balls from the above mixture one by one.
When all the balls are ready keep it aside until the next step.
Step 4
Take a mixer jar and coarse grind papads.
Don’t grind the papad much as it will turn into fine powder.
Step 5
For all purpose flour (maida) slurry, add all purpose flour and water.
Make sure no lumps are formed while making slurry. Consistency of the slurry should not be runny.
Step 6
Dip one ball into all purpose flour slurry first and then into papad mixture, one at a time.
Repeat the step until all balls are coated with papad crumb.
Step 7
Heat oil in kadhai, once the oil is hot drop papad paneer balls one by one.
Stir in between to cook balls properly also it wont stick to bottom.
Step 8
Once they are golden in colour, your papad paneer balls are ready.
Serve hot with ketchup and enjoy.!!
