- 150 gms panner (cottage cheese)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cucumber chopped
- Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp pepper
- salt to taste
This paneer (cottage cheese) veggie salad is a simple recipe to throw together. Yes, it takes only fifteen minutes to begin and serve. But, in this recipe, pepper and salt seasoning makes the magic for this salad. You’ll wonder, “How did this salad get so filling?” It’s because a simple on the go vinaigrette is added, so you have a simple, filling salad that you can eat any time.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
First for dressing, take a bowl and add 3 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon pepper and salt as per taste.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients well. Your simple dressing is ready, keep it aside.
Step 3
Take a large bowl, add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped capsicum, 1/2 chopped cucumber and 150 gms cubed cottage cheese or paneer.
Step 4
Add the prepared dressing into the bowl and give it a good mix.
Your simple and easy Panner Vegetable Salad is ready.
