  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 bayleaf
  • 1 medium cinnamon stick

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 onion sliced

Fenugreek leaves are rich in antioxidants, low in calories, and provides numerous health benefits. It is rich in iron, vitamin D and calcium. In addition, it protects the liver from damage and lowers bad cholesterol levels. In addition, methi leaves are regarded as beneficial for hair and skin. It is undeniable that these benefits are sufficient to justify supplementing your diet with meals containing methi leaves.

To completely avoid the bitterness of methi leaves, soak them for 10 to 15 minutes before using them. In this recipe, I have added rice soaked in methi leaves and I have cooked the rice with methi leaves. Alternatively, you can add the cooked rice and mix it directly with sauted methi leaves.
