Kokum Rum Mojito

Ingredients

  • 7-8 lemon wedges
  • 15-16 mint leaves
  • 120 ml kokum syrup
  • 120 ml rum
  • ice
  • soda to fill

What’s in a Kokum Rum Mojito?

First, let’s talk about the star of this drink – Kokum! Kokum is a fruit that comes from India. It’s small, round, and has a deep red color. When you taste it, you’ll notice it has a tangy, slightly sweet flavor, almost like a mix of plums and berries. Yum!

Next, we have Rum. Now, rum is a type of drink made from sugarcane. It’s what gives the mojito its special kick! But remember, only grown-ups can drink rum. For kids, you can always have a Kokum mocktail, which is just as delicious but without the rum.

Then, there’s Mint. Mint leaves make the drink fresh and cool. Imagine the feeling of a gentle breeze on a hot day – that’s what mint does to your drink.

Finally, there’s a bit of lime juice and soda water. These ingredients add a zesty and bubbly twist that makes every sip a fun experience.
