Step by Step Instructions

Place the spinach leaves, banana slices, kiwi slices, milk and greek yogurt into the blender.

Drop in the ice cubes to make the smoothie nice and cold. The ice will also help create a thick and creamy texture.

Blend Until Smooth: Put the lid on the blender and start blending. Begin at a low speed and gradually increase it to high. Blend until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are well combined. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes.
