For Hara masala-

  • 3-4 green chili

  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 cup coriander leaves

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 4-5 ice cubes

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in kadhai and sauté cauliflower florets with some salt for 7-8 minutes on medium high flame. 

Remove and keep aside

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Step 3

Grind all the ingredients listed below hara masala in a blender
Add the blended masala in kadhai and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add green peas and cauliflower florets and stir well.
Add 1 cup hot water with salt, give it a good stir.

Step 5

Cover and cook on low-medium heat until the cauliflower and peas are tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 6

Once the veggies are cooked, adjust salt according to taste and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
