Step by Step Instructions

Add vinegar to milk, keep it aside for 5 minutes and let it split

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Pour in the milk and vegetable oil or melted butter to dry ingredients. Mix until just combined; don’t overmix the batter or your pancakes will be tough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, use a 1/4-cup measuring cup to scoop the batter onto the pan.
