  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ice cubes
  • club soda

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and peel off the skin if desired. Cut them into chunks and place them in a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Add the fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, chat masala, powdered sugar and ice cube to the blender.

Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

Place a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher and pour the mixture through it. This will help remove any larger pieces or pulp, leaving you with a smooth cucumber cooler.

Step 4

Discard the solids left in the strainer, and transfer the strained liquid back to the pitcher or glass.

Step 5

Add ice cubes to glass till half and top it up with club soda.

Step 6

Stir the mixture well to ensure the ice cubes are incorporated and the drink is cold. 

Garnish with some fresh mint leaves.
