- 1/2 chopped onion

- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp pepper
- salt as per taste

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
First for dressing, take a bowl and add olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, peanut butter, pepper and salt as per taste.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients well. Your simple peanut dressing is ready, keep it aside
Step 3
Take a large bowl, add 1/2 cup shredded cabbage, 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped capsicum, 1/2 chopped cucumber and 1/4 cup whole peanuts.
Step 4
Add the prepared dressing into the bowl and toss it well.
